What happens in my first class?

I will greet you at the door of my Studio and after an initial chat, I will ask you to fill in a form. This is for me to keep with your contact details on it, it’s also required by my insurance company. There is also a section on the form asking about your health, injuries, medications taken and anything else that would impact you in class. We go through this together so I can ask questions and understand any issue. I will ask what your objectives are for coming. We will then begin the class with a brief postural analysis, identifying areas to work on.

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothing that you can move in. Please do not have any zips, clasps or large buttons, these can damage my machines. Please wear socks. Please only wear small earrings, no other jewellery should be worn.

My class is Online, how do I connect with you?

I can use Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Teams. We can decide which you’d prefer to use during booking. You call me when you are ready to begin.

Where do you live?

I live 2 miles from Colebrooke towards Hillerton and Spreyton. Crediton is 5 miles away. Full details will be given on booking.

Is there parking?

Yes, you are visiting my home and we have a large drive.

What if I can’t make the class?

Accepted Answer

Please inform me as soon as possible. I have a very strict 24 hour cancellation policy meaning if you cancel within 24 hours of your class I will ask for the full fee payment.
