Online Classes

I offer personalised 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions online, 60- or 90-minute options available.

Sessions are held over Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams - whichever platform suits you best. All you need is a mat, a little space to move, and a willingness to show up for yourself. If you have Pilates equipment like a foam roller, resistance bands, a soft ball, or even a reformer, I’m happy to incorporate those too - but they’re absolutely not essential.

 

Each class is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, whether you're building strength, managing an injury, working with chronic tension, or simply looking to reconnect with your body. You’ll receive supportive, focused guidance in the comfort of your own home, with time to ask questions and move at a pace that feels right for you.
