I am excited to offer private, bespoke Pilates classes at my stunning recently converted Studio in Colebrooke, Crediton. You’ll find me friendly and welcoming and deeply passionate about the benefits of Pilates. I have a love for teaching clients how to move with freedom and understanding.
I consider myself a Movement specialist with a holistic approach. I have a background in Dance, with interests in the somatic movement work of Moshe Feldenkrais, Yoga, Breath work and how psychology affects Movement. This means I have the ability to choose the right exercises I consider most appropriate to you and what your body needs.
I take real joy in seeing how clients feel and notice the changes in their body. How they feel stronger, stop feeling pain or stiffness and start to enjoy parts of their life again that may have been restricted or impossible.
I ask questions constantly- “What happens if you do the movement like this?” “ Which muscle initiates that movement?” “Why did you feel better moving in that particular way?” A tiny detail can improve movement dramatically. I strongly believe this approach develops body awareness and connection. An informed body can take responsibility for the movement choices they make.

I offer personalised Pilates sessions, mini retreats, and online classes. Whether you're building strength, recovering from injury, or simply looking to reconnect with your body, my approach is supportive, thoughtful, and tailored to your individual needs.
